  • Step 1: Fulfillment

    It takes us 2-4 working days to check your order, print it, and make sure everything is absolutely perfect before posting it

  • Step 2: Shipping

    The shipping time depends on your location - normally it’s around 5-6 working days

  • Step 3: Delivery

    Our trusted post service will send you an email so you know when to expect it!

For packages lost in the post, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • What if I entered the wrong address?

    If you entered an address that is considered insufficient by the post service, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

    You would be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • What if I don't receive my order?

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

    We may ask you for help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. We may also ask you to get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

  • My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

    There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender; but most often it is due to an undeliverable / incorrect address.

    In this case, when your order arrives back with us, we will get in touch with you to confirm the address was correct. We will then agree an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped - new shipping charges will be applied for orders that had an incorrect address originally provided.

  • What do you do with unclaimed returned orders?

    For any items returned to us - they will be donated to charity after 30 days if unclaimed.
